How do I book a cleaning for a 5+ bedroom short-term rental?
Larger properties require a custom quote. Simply submit your Airbnb or Vrbo listing link through our booking form so we can review the property and provide accurate pricing.Yes. OruClean specializes in same-day turnovers, ensuring your property is cleaned, reset, and guest-ready between check-out and check-in.
Yes. We offer priority and last-minute cleanings when availability allows, which is ideal for unexpected bookings or guest extensions.
Yes. However, we strongly prefer that each property has an on-site supply closet with a second or third set of linens. This allows our cleaners to complete turnovers efficiently and guarantee the home is guest-ready, especially during same-day turnovers.
If extra linens are not available, we can wash linens on-site on an as-needed basis, depending on the turnover schedule and available time.Once the cleaning is complete, you will receive a confirmation notification so you know the property is fully guest-ready.
Yes. Our team will notify you immediately if we notice anything unusual, including:
